Handling all staff reviews, personal development and any personnel matters. Team is providing financial solutions to vendors, dealers or their distribution channels or specialist brokers/introducers. Strong business model based on forming close partnerships, and developing tailored finance solutions, both in retail, wholesale and stocking finance. Key to success is their efficient service and delivery. Work at CEO level with such introducers, requiring in-depth knowledge of all finance products and funding structures. Knowledge of equipment assets including security valuations and residual values essential.

Deliver a strategy, supported by their full resources, to strike the right balance between broker, vendor, manufacturer and dealer introductory sources. Their Agricultural department is made up of external and internal based sales staff. Business is obtained from the agricultural, grounds care and associated markets including the financing of green assets predominantly from industry specific brokers. They already have a strong retail and wholesale (stocking) delivery with manufacturers and dealers. Service standards are crucial, and they provide fast underwriting and fast pay out times to ensure customers ongoing satisfaction. Will need to manage and lead the Agricultural team including all staff reviews, development plans and personnel requirements. Participate in the budget process and assist in setting Broker target objectives in volume, margin and income and other operational objectives. The individual will need to have/or develop a high profile in the Agricultural market via industry boards (FLA, NACFB, NFU) and marketing initiatives (industry publications external trade shows, social media etc).

This is a UK role, to take responsibility for most of their hard asset divisions, with a view to growing business in line with key target objectives. This opportunity has come about following an internal promotion. Responsibilities will include managing a team (10 reports) - both internal and external account managers, focused on delivering a quality service to vendors and dealers. Developing relationships with existing and new manufacturers and suppliers in the plant, construction equipment, machine tool, handling and logistics sectors. Requires a good in-depth knowledge of all finance products and funding structures. Must have a strong knowledge of the market sectors within this range of equipment. Typical transaction size will range from £50k to £2m however smaller flow business and large transactions will also feature. The individual will need to be a confident leader and be able to work at CEO level with a proven track-record of managing a successful sales team. UK HQ based close to London.
