Major client, with strong position in the broker-introduced marketplace, has two newly created field-based roles. Build and maintain excellent strong relationships with key brokers and larger brokers via regular visits to ensure a steady flow of business and to generate required sales volume. Identify and acquire new clients, leveraging existing networks and industry contacts. Reporting directly into their Head of Broker. Proactively follow up on leads to discuss financing requirements, negotiate pricing and close the sale. Act as the primary point of contact for brokers with larger value deals (£500k+). Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network with existing and potential brokers and clients, with the aim to support the relationships and to stay informed about market trends. This field-based role will have contact with both internal and external customers. Needs strong presentation skills, and a good knowledge of credit risk, deal structuring and negotiation.

Predominantly office-based roles with contact with both internal and external customers, therefore the ability to present, negotiate and build relationships and to be able to prioritise work will be key to success. Managing strong relationships with key introducers and customers. Seeking one individual with specific higher level new business development skills. Proactively following up on leads to discuss financing requirements, negotiate pricing and close the sale. Help develop and follow a contact strategy. Stay up to date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to identify opportunities. Seeking good knowledge of credit risk, deal structuring and negotiation, performance monitoring and reporting, with strong collaboration and coordination. Good hybrid options - with having to attend the office only twice a week.
Internal Sales Manager (Broker Introduced), Hampshire (12 month contract)

Searching for candidates currently working within a similar sales role with a proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with brokers. Work alongside an experienced team, this is a fast paced, demanding role, managing a wide range of proposals but with a focus on financing hard-assets. You will pro-actively manage a mix of existing and new brokers, creating close relationships with key staff in maximising business opportunities. Keep regular contact with a defined list of brokers/introducers, establishing a robust strategy for each in order to deepen relations, including arranging face-to-face visits when beneficial. A targeted role, with quarterly bonuses, with you always chasing your deal pipeline to improve conversion rates. Work closely with and support external Sales colleagues. Work well with internal support functions including credit risk, especially when structuring more challenging deals to gain approval. They have a newly created opportunity for a Broker Manager to manage the day-to-day relationships of a number of asset finance brokers. Will include the loading of proposals on to their decision platform and system, communication of decisions to brokers, and management of documentation for successful payment of deals. Acting as the prime point of contact for brokers and Credit Underwriting, working alongside Operations/pay-outs. Analyse and prepare credit submissions for approval. Manage the deal pipeline and process documentation relating to new business transactions. Embed and maintain strong working relationships with their Sales, Credit, Operations and Central Onboarding teams. Attend networking events as required, including customer, industry and broker meetings. Seeking a self-motivated, accountable and results orientated individual, able to quickly build relationships with customers and stakeholders. Office based but can offer good hybrid working options.

Our international client is seeking a new business developer to support their Tech Solutions division. A newly created role, focusing on the acquisition of new partner relationships in the Channel. Particular focus and attention on identifying and closing finance opportunities originating from their large value resellers. The successful candidate will be key in managing the strategy, growth and direction of this business. Needs a real hunter with drive, ambition and a winning attitude. You will take ownership of all key stages with your partners, managing your pipeline and collaborate with the regional team to drive finance penetration. Using your existing knowledge and experience, you will develop and grow the Channel reseller business primarily from new reseller relationships, but also using existing relationships (UK based) and other networks to open the doors of prospects targeted. Working within their existing prices, policies, products and services, you will be managing complex and structured accounts. You will thereby be comfortable preparing and presenting documentation for review in credit and risk approval committees, in need. Requires at least 5 years’ experience, with proven track record in building and developing scalable and sustainable long term new business.

Seeking experienced new business developers, targeting medium and large clients with annual financing needs of at least £1m. You will be key in managing your own growth and business direction. Using your existing knowledge, experience and contacts to identify, prioritise and target potential key customers. Being highly networked, by developing close relationships at senior levels to build long lasting partnerships. Often managing complex and structured transactions, you will work collaboratively with an outstanding credit risk team, with the assistance of other support functions. Good pricing and negotiation skills, and being comfortable with credit risk/documentation (confident in presenting to risk committees in need) is therefore essential.
